Northwood Dental was established by Dr. Jill Hagan in 2003. She and Dr. Master and Dr. Wagner are very proficient, gentle and caring and will provide quality work while making you comfortable and at ease.
We work with each person individually, helping them get what they really need in priority of importance. We always take into account your comfort zone and budget.
A survey of our patients gave us a 100% satisfaction rating and that is the standard we always aim for.

Jill Hagan, DMD
Born into a family of dentists in Sylacauga, Alabama, Dr. Hagan had an early start in dentistry, beginning in high school at her father's practice. She received her dental degree from the University of Alabama in 1983. She was the staff dentist for the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind from 1983 to 1987 and was in private practice for 13 years in the Birmingham area before moving to Florida. Her first practice was in Dunedin, but she quickly outgrew that office and moved to the present location in the Northwood Plaza Office Park in 2003.
Dr. Hagan likes to keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and materials and has completed a great deal of continuing education, focusing it on the newest techniques and materials in dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and non-surgical gum treatment. She became Invisalign® certified in 2005 which has been a very exciting and rewarding addition to the practice!
Bringing a strong sense of aesthetics to her work, Dr. Hagan gives her cosmetic patients an attractive natural look, using quality materials at affordable rates. She is known for her gentle touch and many patients comment on her pain-free dentistry.
Dr. Hagan and her husband are avid sports fans, especially when it comes to the Auburn Tigers and the Tampa Bay Rays! Among the activities Dr. Hagan enjoys in her spare time is volunteering for Clearwater Community Volunteers.
Jiten Master, DDS, MS
Dr. Jiten Master grew up in London England and got his first dental degree from the prestigious University College London. After graduation he worked with several different specialists in various dental fields from dental schools around London. He was particularly attracted to the field of prosthodontics (the field of dentistry responsible for the replacement and restoration of damaged or missing teeth). As the best place for prosthodontics training is in the U.S., Dr. Master attended Ohio State University. He completed three years of post-graduate courses in prosthodontics as well as obtaining another DDS degree and completing an Implant Fellowship, during which time he made a multitude of teeth supported by dental implants.
In 1996, Dr. Master moved with his wife to Orlando, FL, where he had a prosthodontics practice. In 2002 he left his practice to become a dental consultant in order to help other dentists achieve the success that he had in his own practice. In 2005 he decided to return to dental practice and joined Dr. Jill Hagan at Northwood Dental. He enjoys the camaraderie of working with fellow dentists and combining their various talents to provide comprehensive care of the highest quality in a friendly and caring environment.
Dr. Master is well known in the dental community for his skills as a prosthodontist and many dentists and oral surgeons refer him patients for restorative work (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, etc.) and to handle complex cases. He will give expert and experienced care for all your restorative needs.
He is married with two sons, Shaan and Milan, who love to play football (not soccer!) and to break the silence playing their drums. His wife, Vas, whom he met when they were sixteen, works with him at Northwood Dental as the Office Manager. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf when he can, cycling and taking advantage of the Florida weather
David Wagner, DDS
Dr. Wagner wanted to be a dentist since elementary school in Lafayette, IN. Although he had no dentists in his family, he realized at an early age from his own family experience that teeth problems can create a lot of concern, and he wanted to help. In Junior High he wrote to the local Dental School for information for a science fair project and that started his career in dentistry
He obtained his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his dental degree from Indiana University. After Dental School he was accepted into an advanced training program at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, which further satisfied his thirst for knowledge of everything about dentistry.
Dr. Wagner practiced for many years in Fort Wayne, Indiana before moving to Clearwater and Northwood Dental. Dr. Wagner's training and experience allow him to provide dental services for all ages. Through the years he has kept up with the many advances in dentistry, which has built upon his considerable experience and permits him to provide not only preventive and maintenance dental care, but also to offer better and more natural-looking restorations.
Dr. Wagner and his wife Pat enjoy visiting their three children and their grandchildren, entertaining at home and, of course, everything that goes along with living in Florida. He especially enjoys golf and motorcycle riding.
Our staff includes three very experienced hygienists and four well trained dental assistants to make sure you are given good service and are seen on time.
