I was once ashamed of my teeth and embarrassed to smile. Two years ago, I walked into Northwood Dental for the first time, unaware that the doctors there would change my life. From Invisalign (invisible braces) to dental implants, we began the process of fixing my teeth and perfecting my smile. The end result is better than I ever dreamed. I now have confidence in myself and thank Northwood Dental from the bottom of my heart.

Northwood Dental is so much more than an excellent team of doctors. The office staff were so friendly and knew me by name when I walked in the door. Dr Master and Dr Hagan both invested so much time in getting to know me and making sure my teeth were perfect. Everyone seemed to care so much about me and that really meant a lot.

Going to the Dentist was always at the top of the list of things that I dreaded.

As an admitted wimp, I disliked every aspect of dental work. A simple cleaning was painful enough but what if I had a cavity or needed a tooth capped? AT LAST! I have found a doctor who patiently listens with interest and concern.

Three years ago after a considerable search involving many professionals - I happily found the "PROSTHODONTIST" whom I wanted for my dental care: Dr J. Master, DDS.

His manner is calming and confident. The treatment plan for my extensive dental work was presented and discussed in detail with appropriate options. Dr. Master was readily available to discuss the many questions that followed - I never felt rushed for time.

On my first visit with Dr. Master, I had an unsatisfactory upper denture and badly misaligned lower teeth from previous dental work.

Dr Master performed a fantastic lower teeth makeover, getting everything straightened out and made an aligned upper denture which made a dramatic improvement in appearance and comfort. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results.

When I come to the office I feel like I'm the most important patient and my family does too, even though we are new to the area and the practice. Everyone in the office greets me like I'm one of the family!

My treatment today was great! My cleaning one of the best I've ever had, and my overall experience was fantastic! Even on my very first visit, Dr. Jill and her assistant stayed late to fix my broken tooth and get a temporary crown on. The service was awesome and the care factor was so amazing!

I'd say that every staff member gave me the best service. I have consulted over 150 different dental practices over the last 17 years and I must say that your office has to be the most well run and genuinely caring office I have seen.

I always feel very welcome when I come here. Dr. Jill has always been caring and concerned about my well being. She makes sure I am comfortable and not in pain, ever.

We talked the first time I came in about how terrified I was about dentists and the pain. She has always made sure that that never happened or came close. Today she kept a close eye on me. I have diabetes and hadn't eaten much before I came in, and she didn't want me getting sick. That's how much she cares.

I am so happy to have such a caring dentist and will continue with her as long as I need one. She is a very special person!

I am a happy person and I like to smile. But, ever since my front teeth came in as a child, they had a brownish yellow stain that I could not brush off. I would not smile because I was embarrassed to show the stains. Also, at the age of 14, my canine tooth was growing outwards and it looked like a "vampire" tooth so I had it removed, but it left a gap in front. So not only did I have stains in my teeth, I had a gap as well. Not good for someone who wants to smile! I was not at all happy with the way my teeth looked but I didn't know what could be done.

Then I met my dentist and he showed me the technology that was available to correct my smile. My misery came to an end when my stained teeth were covered with veneers and my gap closed with a bridge.

My face completely changed. I now give a broad hearty smile, with confidence. Now everyone compliments me on my teeth. Words cannot express my happiness and satisfaction with the dental work I have received.

All this, thanks to the technology and the doctors at Northwood Dental who make such wonderful, natural-looking teeth.

Today, ten years after the work was first done, I have no problems whatsoever and I am proud of my smile.

As a child I already had issues and had to go to dentists several times with serious issues. Ever since then, I have seen several different dentists and always considered it as a very unfortunate situation.

I first came to Northwood Dental with my daughter after I was referred by a friend. I was very worried my daughter would end up having a similar experience like the one I had in my childhood and I wanted to make sure she would have healthy teeth and a beautiful smile as she grew up. Most of all, I wanted to make sure she was happy to go to the dentist for routine care and any problems.

The Northwood Dental team and our dentist made us feel right at home. My daughter loves to go there and looks forward to her next cleaning appointments! This was everything for me! So, my husband and I became patients also and we are very satisfied patients!! Ever since then, I no longer worry or dread my dental treatment. I have a very nice smile that I am happy with!

I was looking for a new dentist and I came to Northwood Dental because my fiancé came here and said that it was a great office. I was thinking about getting braces some time ago but did not pursue it. When I came to Northwood Dental, Dr. Jill explained to me how Invisalign could help me out and I got interested again. They even had a special on the financing so I signed up!

My experience with Invisalign has been really great. It was very easy to do, very smooth and very convenient. My monthly appointments were very short. The aligners were painless and I am really happy with the results. I really liked the Invisalign aligners because I can honestly say that nobody knew that I had them on. I was so excited to finally get my teeth straightened and nobody even knew I was doing it!! I had to tell people 'I have braces on!'

To anyone who is considering Invisalign, I would say, 'Definitely do it!!' It is worth it because it's convenient and much better than the metal braces and having to deal with getting them tightened and having metal in your mouth. I would recommend it to anybody! Dr. Jill is great at what she does. No matter what problem I had she always found a way to make it work. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The results have definitely met my expectations. I am really, really satisfied with my teeth!

I have also had other treatment done and I come regularly for my cleanings. I find that the office is always clean and the staff is great: everybody is really friendly and they know you by name which is really nice. Overall, it's a really great experience. I love Northwood Dental!!

I have always wanted to have perfect teeth and thanks to Dr Jill, Northwood Dental and Invisalign, I now have them!! Dr Jill and her kind and competent staff have made the process of wearing invisible braces a wonderful experience. As a working musician, I was concerned about playing the flute and singing while wearing my braces—but I was able to do both with no problem at all.
