I don’t do many reviews but the Service for this dentist office was exceptional and it must be done. Amy made scheduling quick and simple. The front... desk girl Mandy , she started the show off with welcoming hello and pointed me to the right direction with setting all my paperwork. Working with my hygienist Daymar was great! I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time (almost fell asleep) her assistants Chelsea and G were both kind Sweethearts by helping the process smooth and efficient. After the cleaning that Daymar did for me I felt renewed ready to take on the world! Dr.Whelen was the dentist who gave me some recommendations for my next visit. I had Dr Jill and her assistant Chaz redo my 30 yr old veneers which was amazing! (Dr Jill did the originals)This week I went to her partner, Dr. K... and his assistant Ariel to put implants in my two missing teeth I had removed because of infection from an old root canal. The implant procedure was amazing Dr. K and Ariel gave me breaks but were professional and efficient and the entire process was amazing!!I have had worse crowns put in at other dental offices. All of the staff is always wonderful and helpful. Great at explaining all parts of the process from what could have caused the issue to what they can... do to help and what can be done in the future. Lilly, Ariel, and Kat helped me at my most recent visits. All are very patient and kind. Great at talking through what to expect and answering all questions. Before going to Northwood Dental I would avoid the Dentist and teeth cleaning for years if possible. But of course things happen and with an... emergency I needed a dentist. Northwood Dental came recommended to me and I tried them. They made me feel extremely comfortable and empathized with my nervousness. After the emergency was solved I agreed to a cleaning that had been put off for years. Gail, the wonderful person who cleaned my teeth was gentle, understanding and most of all listened to me. I had an AMAZING experience here! The staff is all around awesome. I was greeted with big smiles and taken back to the office in no time. Emily was... super gentle with my x-rays. The doctor (young man, I can’t remember his name) was very thorough and explained what he was doing each step of the exam. Lastly, Alex was very informational and kind during my cleaning. Not to mention, this office was very swift with finding availability for me. I got lucky and my cleaning was scheduled same day as my exam, and to top it off I was also able to receive a filling the same day. The doctor was very busy but somehow managed for my convenience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!read more

I've been coming to Northwood Dental since they opened there doors & have had just about every procedure done to my mouth. Filings, bridge work,... crowns, implants & gum surgery. We were needing an Experienced Dentist that Genuinely Cares for her patients like family, and listens to our oral & dental concerns, and Dr Jill... Hagan was whom we felt was the Perfect Dentist - And She Certainly is. Right from the beginning upon making our appointments with Mandy, who ensured we had all our previous dental records in their office readily available for Dr Jill once we arrived for our First visit. Upon our arrival to the office on that day, we were nicely greeted by the office staff, who in turn led us to our Wonderful Dental Hygenist, Helen, whom I cannot say enough words of praise - Extremely Friendly and down to Earth, with an Honest and Sincere caring for her patients because she loves what she does, and it Shows!! Her level of Expertise and Professionalism shine with her attention to detail and thoroughness while you are in her care!! My Teeth felt the way they should when done by a Professional, Amazing!! And upon meeting Dr. Jill, the level of comfort in meeting her was as if I'd known her for years, and made me feel confident that we were going to be cared of, finally and by a Team of Caring, Professlionals that treat their patients like family, and that our well being is their First Priority. Once finished, we met with Rebecca to go over any further treatment and appointments to be made, and that too was a pleasure sitting with her. I’m so glad to have found this office after spending 6 years searching for my forever dentist in Florida. Back in NY I loved my dentist but after... moving to Florida in 2016 I struggled to find a great dentist and a professional office then along came Northwood.
