Ok shame on me that I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years... probably been closer to 8 years. I was referred here by my sister-in-law who... goes here (our boss goes here too). I work with dentists regularly now, so I decided to swallow my fear and head in to Northwood. When I tell you this was exceptional service... I mean it! Everyone here was wonderful. I'm excited to keep up with my dental appointments and I'm actually excited to go back in a couple weeks to continue my healthy teeth journey. I have been coming to north wood dental for the past few years after they were able to help with a unexpected crown removal. Every time I come in... they know me by name and ask how I have been and remember me and ask about previous conversation subjects which just goes to show how much they remember.I find them to be extremely personable, friendly, and haven given me a ton of help with my overall dental health. I have to give a shout out to Gail for being a amazing hygienist, with a calm and pleasant demeanor and is able to answer all my questions.I also have to thank Belinda, Amy, Mandy, and Seina, just your overall attitudes make me feel appreciated and valued. Dr. K and his team are very prompt, courteous & helpful. I never have to wait very long at the office & they help with copies of my billing fir... insurance. Had a cleaning with Tammy today & she helped me with the pain of cleaning. Other Hygienist are very good too! My wife & I are both patients there.read more

I had excellent first time experiences with Northwood Dental. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the reception staff. Dental assistant Lili... insured my comfort and offered information about what to expect. I then met Dr. K who was professional, gentle and unhurried. He clearly explained the condition of my teeth and offered potential treatment options. Lastly, my teeth were expertly cleaned by Tami. She was very professional and gentle. She provided excellent information and advice for oral hygiene. Overall I would rate my experience a 10 +++ on the 0-10 scale.read more

Wonderful office, incredible team. I had been overdue for my cleaning by quite a bit due to COVID. Boy am I happy I came to Northwood Dental for my... teeth to get looked at and my cleaning finally done. Emily was the assistant that took all my x-rays - she was super fast and a total sweetheart. Tami did my cleaning - absolutely the best. Usually I have a little sensitivity with my cleanings but Tami was extra gentle while still being incredibly thorough. I did find out I grind my teeth during this visit, and the doc was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what I could do about it. All my questions were answered and I felt truly cared for. I would recommend anyone to them. Thank you Northwood Dental!!read more
